It intrigues me how our lives go in spurts. Take this week for example. I dove headfirst into an incredibly interesting topic (if you know, you know) barely surfacing to breathe. I read studies and churned through an entire book in 2 days. I’m not sure, but I might have forgotten to wear pants one day. I was zoned in.

Now I’m slowing way down since that pace isn’t sustainable. It’s important to realize there are constant ups and downs in growth, knowledge, and behavior. The ups are really fun, but eventually, you come back down.

Like me, right now, clutching a coffee, trying desperately not to get distracted by the knitting group behind me in this coffee shop.
