Whether you are trying to have a productive focus session or have the best vacation of your life, intentionality is required.

Here are some strategies I use, and they all have one thing in common.

Get out of autopilot

Everything we are going to discuss involves getting you out of autopilot. Intentionality, by definition, is doing something directly and with purposeful intent. It’s clarity combined with action.

We are going to look at a few different strategies that have helped me get clarity and become more intentional. Keep in mind, the strategy that you use makes little difference. People package and sell “intentionality” disguised in all kinds of ways. If a to-do list on your hand is what it takes, I won’t judge. That being said, here’s what I use.
