I just posted a video on my YouTube channel talking about how boring my life is.

A weird subject for sure.

The first thing I say in that video is “You know, personal development isn’t very exciting.”

Also a weird thing to say. Shouldn’t I be telling people how amazing my life is?

The hard reality is this. Life is full of the mundane, the boring, and the seemingly uneventful. So if you want to change your life, shouldn’t you start there? After all, that’s the majority of your day.

That’s exactly what I’ve been doing for the month of November. For those of you just joining, I’ve been working on what I call my “Boring List of Improvements.” Each week (in addition to my normal newsletter) I’ve sent an update showing how things went, what I learned, and how I plan on adjusting.
