This week I felt something like a hamster training for a marathon.

Fact: habits are grounded in consistency and do not like to change. The turning point comes from consistency, not the other way around.
I’ve learned some incredible things this week, which is why I’m so excited to share this with you. At some point, I’ll expand it, but for now, here is a sample.
The hard working are rewarded, but the one who is consistent has power.
