This week I felt something like a hamster training for a marathon.

I’m doing what I call the Boring Improvement Challenge for the month of November. In case you missed the last few updates, here are the original post, week 1, and week 2 results. If this is the first update you’ve read, please check the original post, otherwise, this won’t make a lot of sense.

The list of improvements

  • Devotions - 30 minutes

  • Read - 15 min

  • Active recall/public speaking - 15 min

  • Online writing - 15 min

  • Spanish practice - 10 min

  • Journal - 5 min

What’s your list? Let me know.

Miss 1 day and you’ll miss 2.

Miss 2 days and you’ll miss a week.

Miss a week and you’ll never start again.

I’ve learned some incredible things this week, which is why I’m so excited to share this with you. At some point, I’ll expand it, but for now, here is a sample.

The hard working are rewarded, but the one who is consistent has power.
