Slow mornings are life changing.

I wake up, I do a home workout, I meditate for a while, then drink some water—slowly, sip by sip, and shower. It takes me about 90 minutes but makes my day.

I loved this one. I’ve already started the no screens after 8 pm. I read (an actual physical book) or talk with friends who are low key low drama. And that helps me catch my sleep window better.
